[SJ/DIARY] Leeteuk Secret to Donghae

Lee Teuk said that at a dinner with the parents of super junior before their debut, Donghae's father told Lee Teuk, "Thank you. Watch over Donghae for me." Lee Teuk also mentioned that Donghae probably doesn't know this story and Donghae's tears showed how he really never knew. He realizes how much his father loves him, and he shows in tears how much he misses his father.

donghae father always dreamed of becoming a singer

my father passed away in 2006
i remembered its really passionate and enjoyable song

yeah leeteuk also heard him singing

before our debut, our parents dine together at singing room
his father is even more handsome than donghae
our parents heard his father singing, it was so good
even better than real singers
mothers all become his fan, and asked him to sing more
i thought at that time he is really amazing person.
when we left the singing room it was already late at night
i said to father, stay in our dorm for one night and then go back.
donghae didn't know i came out with his father
he lit a cigaretteand said to me

i still could remember clearly what he said realizing father's unrecognized love
i wasn't sure, but soon after that, his condition got worse rapidly and moved into seoul hospital

donghae :
"it was black tumor ( cancer )
he had been sick for three years
i found out quite late
father was hiding his condition in the first place
when i was young my familly wasn't in good circumstance
after our debut i brought home my very 1st earning that i wanted to give to him.
but he had already pass away.


dear father : you are always like my best friend but you are no longer beside me. i realy regret not having stayed by your side all of your wishes. i will work hard and try my best to achieve them. dad i love you.
